Eiksietan Company Ltd was formed in Myanmar as a private limited company in 1995, and is registered under Myanmar Registry of Company and Ministry of Trade. It chooses to specialize in the property development field.

In 1995, Eiksietan started the 'Wayzayantar Garden Complex' project on the 21 acres of land in Thingangyun Township. In addition to that, Eiksietan has undertaken many land development projects in Yangon such as 'Thit Sar Garden Housing' project, 'Dagon Sein Le` Kan Thar Housing' project, and 'Shew Bon Thar Estate'. Moreover, Eiksietan also did some contractual works with the Department of Human Settlement and Housing Development. Those Projects were schools, road networks, etc.

In order to expand its business activities, Eiksietan is also involved in the Agro-business and Hotel & Tourism business as well. Eiksietan Country Farm & vineyard was established, and is producing oranges, grapes, strawberry, and other vegetables.

In addition to those housing projects, and agro- business, Eiksietan is Building the Emerald Sea Resort Hotel at Ngwe Saung Beach, in Pathein Township. |
